For new customers we offer a free no cost, no obligation initial consultation. We’ll go over your project, discuss solutions and setup a timeframe for the work to be completed. You can expect a relaxed, no pressure consultation where you can ask as many questions as you’d like. (We don’t like high pressure sales pitches or constant badgering for a commitment)
As we are a small agency we can keep your costs low and within your budget. You’ll also get the personal attention your business and project deserve. For major projects we will ask you to sign a Contract for Services. This contract covers the items discussed during the consultation, the work to be done, project timeline and payment arrangements. We define major projects as New Websites, In-Depth Website Redesign, In-Depth SEO Work, Launching a Social Media Presence or Setup Pay Per Click Advertising. All other work will be priced based on the scope of the project, time required and the complexity.
