1 How long have you been in business?

Mountain Empire Web Creations was founded in 2013 in Galax, Virginia. Our agency is a family owned and operated business. We are committed to providing our clients with the best websites, digital marketing, advertising and consultation possible at a fair price.

2 What services do you offer?

3 What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Southwest Virginia, the Piedmont Triad area & Northwest North Carolina. However we accept clients anywhere in the United States.

4 Do you offer a free initial consultation?

For new customers we offer a free no cost, no obligation initial consultation. We’ll go over your project, discuss solutions and setup a timeframe for the work to be completed. You can expect a relaxed, no pressure consultation where you can ask as many questions as you’d like.

5 Who retains ownership of a website you have built for a client?

Once we receive payment in full the website becomes the property of the client. We will not retain any level of ownership.

6 Do I have to sign any paperwork with you?

For all major projects (New Websites, In-Depth Website Redesign, In-Depth SEO Work, Launching a Social Media Presence or Setup Pay Per Click Advertising) we require a Contract for Services. This contract covers the items discussed during the consultation, the work to be done, project timeline and payment arrangements. There are no hidden fees or unexpected additional charges. All fees will be discussed in advance and agreed upon.

7 Do you offer or require a service or maintenance contract?

We do not require any type of maintenance or service contract. All work is done as specified in the contract for services or by hourly rate. If you are interested in an agreement to cover website updates, website add-ons, social media posting or any other type of daily, weekly or monthly updates we will be happy to discuss this with you.

8 What will you need from my company to begin building our website?

This information will be covered during our consultation meeting. If the client can provide us with logo's, graphics, pictures, basic business information and content then the work will go much faster and at a reduced cost for the client.
